Step by Step Debt Elimination Program Overview:

Step 1. Call or e-mail us for a FREE 10 minute debt consultation with our Certified Financial Counselors. We will evaluate your financial situation and determine the best solution for you. If you qualify for our assistance we will provide a program quote with comparisons and savings available.

Step 2: Your personal counselor will work with you to determine the appropriate monthly dollar amount that you will save towards a negotiated settlement. This amount is typically less than your current minimum payments and goes directly to paying off your debts. These funds will be saved every month in a savings account that you control.

Step 3: Once enrolled in the Debt Elimination Program we begin working on your accounts by contacting your creditors and handling all future creditor communications.

Step 4: As funds accrue in your stored savings account, we contact each creditor to begin the negotiation process. Once the settlement offer has been acepted, we will contact you for authorization to withdraw the settlement amount to be paid.

Step 5: Once a settlement is reached and payment is made to eliminate the debt on that specific account, we will notify you by phone, mail and a congratulations e-mail outlining the settlement details.

Step 6: Once all of your accounts have been successfully negotiated and paid, your credit report will reflect that your accounts are paid with a $0 balance.
